I am currently a student in University of Wollongong in Australia, and studying the Bachelor of Business Marketing.
Thanks to my father for being there for me, and giving everything he has to us. May Allah be pleased with him, without him I don’t know where I would be.
After experiencing new cultures and picking up new skills while travelling, I feel like a completely different and much better person. The ability to communicate in six languages gives me the linguistic equivalent of six personalities.
I love to learn new things in my life. It can be by traveling or by opening a book, or even online. I am really grateful that I am a Muslim, because Islam teaches how to live your life to the best manner you could ever live. Alhamdulillah.
Extraordinary Experiences
While I was a student in China, a businessman reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to work as his translator. I appreciate the kind offer. I have improved my communication skills through my work as a translator, and I have visited several cities with him. Working there was not about making money, but rather gaining valuable experience.
The best thing you can do is to build a strong network. A friend of ours who is in the exchange business called and asked if I would be interested in being his accountant. At first, I was taken aback since his firm was so massive. Thanks to this experience, I was able to significantly improve my skills and expand my knowledge of the industry.
In Dubai, real estate is one of the biggest markets that people buy and sell. I was inspired by people who are working there, because the way they communicate and dress gentle. I was accepted by one Chinese real estate company, and the reason they accepted me was that I speak several languages. Working with different people in the market, you will learn how to speak with different mindset people. The great benefit you can get working in real estate is networking because you meet with very successful people who are buying millions of dollars villas or apartments.
